A Fitbod alternative that tracks your food too
Fitbod builds strength workouts for you and adjusts them as you train. It picks muscles based on your recent training and recovery, and applies progressive overload from what you log. Fiytt also drafts workout plans with AI, and adds calorie and macro tracking, imports from other apps and optional certified coaches. Here is a plain comparison to help you choose.
When Fiytt is a good fit
Fiytt suits you if you want training and eating in one app. You can log sets, reps and weight, then log meals by search, barcode or label scan, voice or photo.
It also suits you if you are coming from another logger. Fiytt imports history from Strong, Hevy and FitNotes, so your past sessions and personal records come with you.
If you want a person involved, you can work with a certified coach in Fiytt. Coaches have their certifications reviewed before their profile goes live, and you choose what they can see.
When Fitbod may suit you better
Fitbod's main strength is how it picks your next workout. It looks at muscle recovery and your logged performance to choose exercises and loads for each session. If you want the app to make most of those decisions every day, Fitbod goes further than Fiytt here.
Fitbod also integrates with Wear OS, Strava and Fitbit. Fiytt does not support Wear OS today.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Fiytt without paying?
Yes. A free account covers workout and food logging, with limits. Premium is optional and adds more AI features.
Can I bring my workout history?
Yes, if it is in Strong, Hevy or FitNotes. Export from that app and import the file into Fiytt.
Is an AI plan a replacement for a coach?
No. AI plans are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. If you have an injury or condition, talk to a professional or work with a certified coach.
