Fiytt is a workout and nutrition log with AI-assisted plans, and a workspace for certified coaches to run 1-1 coaching. It is built and operated by SAFitware Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.
Editorial standards for the Fiytt Journal
Articles in the Journal are published under the byline Fiytt Editorial Team. This is how they are made:
- AI-assisted drafting. We use AI tools to research and draft articles. We say so openly rather than presenting the drafts as purely human-written.
- Human review before publishing. A member of the Fiytt team reads every article, checks facts, numbers and formulas against reputable sources, and edits for accuracy and clarity.
- No medical advice. Articles give general fitness and nutrition information. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.
- Dates you can trust. Each article shows when it was published and when it was last updated. We revise articles when guidance changes.
- No paid placements. We do not accept payment to mention products, and we do not publish invented testimonials or results.
