A TrueCoach alternative where clients track training and food in one app
TrueCoach is a well-known workout programming tool for personal trainers. Coaches write programs, clients log them in the TrueCoach app, and payments can run through Stripe. Fiytt takes a different starting point. Your clients get a full training and nutrition app for their own use, and you coach from the data they choose to share with you. When Fiytt is a good fit
Fiytt suits independent online coaches who want clients to log workouts, meals and body weight in one place. It also suits coaches who want to be found. Your public profile is listed in Fiytt's coach directory once your certification has been reviewed.
You can start on the free coach plan with up to 3 clients. That is enough to move a few clients over and see how it works before you commit.
When TrueCoach may suit you better
TrueCoach may be the better choice if you want client payments handled inside your coaching software. Its pricing page lists automated payments, powered by Stripe, on every plan.
It may also suit you if you want a custom-branded app, or integrations with wearables and Zapier. TrueCoach lists those on its Standard and Pro plans. Fiytt does not offer branded apps or client payments today.

How clients use it
Clients use Fiytt as their own tracker. They log sets, reps and weight, search or scan foods, and import data from Apple Health. Fiytt runs on iPhone, Android and Apple Watch.
Clients choose what you can see, separately for workouts, nutrition and weight. Many people are more willing to log when they control what is shared.

Can I take client payments in Fiytt?
No. You arrange payment with your clients outside Fiytt, and Fiytt does not take a cut of your fees.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Clients can use Fiytt free. Their own Premium subscription is optional.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Invite them from your coach workspace and they join from the Fiytt app.
